Returns and Refunds Policy

Our 30-day return policy applies. This means that you can request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact info@casapalazzo.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: [insert return address].

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the package, including the destination address. Items returned before a return request is made will not be accepted.

Please inspect your items upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and handle it accordingly.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishables (such as food, flowers, plants), customized items (special orders, personalized products, etc.), and personal hygiene items (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have questions about specific items, please contact us.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and purchase a new one after the return is accepted.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. The conditions are the same as above, but the item must be in the same condition as when received, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will automatically be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
